Temenos 2019...Redux

Late September sunset on Young's Cove--Pembroke, Maine

Off again on a whirlwind journey to fair Hellas. Spontaneity is the mother of invention.

First stop is the little island of Spetses, our matriarchal homeland, where I will compete in the 25 km Spetses Mini Marathon on Sunday, October 6th. Last year I just missed the laurels for my age group (50-59). This year I am the young kid on the block in a new age group (60+), clearly a fossilized distance runner on a mission.

Then the long drive to our spitaki in a mountain village in Messinia--a diagonal southwest shot from Spetses, in the Saronic Gulf.

Three weeks to recharge and complete a few projects along the way.
